We are a multi-generational congregation, that enjoys worshiping and fellowshipping together on Sunday mornings. Our worship service typically includes singing a mix of both traditional and contemporary songs and hymns, a message from the Word of God,  a time of prayer and a children’s message. Nursery and children’s church are offered for children up to age 6. The service usually concludes at 11:30. Occasionally, we have a planned time of food and fellowship immediately following the service. We would love for you to join us.

Children's Ministry

Calvary Kids is a great opportunity for kids in 1st through 6th grade to get out of the house and experience a safe, caring, and friendly time of fun and fellowship in the middle of the week.  Each week from September to April, you’ll play some games and activities. Even more exciting is the opportunity to learn more about God, as you are shown treasures of truth from the Bible during the lesson time.

Youth Ministry

Youth Group is a weekly gathering for teens in 7th-12th grade.  There you will appreciate spending time together with other teens, while enjoying the the fab four:  FOOD, FUN, FELLOWSHIP and FAITH. Each Sunday evening from 6:00 to 7:30 you’ll have a chance to. . . play games, eat some good food and study a passage of Scripture together with other teens.

Bible School Classes

On Sunday mornings, throughout the school year, we offer biblical education in the form of Bible School classes before our morning worship service. This is a family oriented ministry as there is a class for all age groups from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. The classes for our kids and teenagers offer age appropriate and interactive learning.

Our adults are given different options during the year. We occasionally will have one mixed adult class that will focus on a book of the Bible or a specific biblical theme. At other times, we will offer both a mixed adult class and a Ladies’ Bible Study Class. Our ladies have appreciated this opportunity to fellowship and learn with other like-minded women. It also encourages the forging of new relationships and the strengthening of established relationships.

Our goal for Bible School is to present quality, biblical education that advances Christians in their spiritual walk. We strive to teach the Scriptures in a way that challenges and engages the mind, while always considering the practical application. We encourage those attending to search out the Scriptures on their own in light of whatever particular study we are working through.

Prayer Gatherings

Prayer is an essential part of the ministry of the local church. It is both the Christian's privilege and responsibility to pray for the spiritual neediness of one another. We provide an opportunity twice a month for our church family to join together and pray. We are also committed to praying with the New Testament as our model and guide. These times of prayer prove to be spiritually beneficial and up lifting.  We meet for prayer at 6:30PM on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month in the church’s library.

Biblical counseling

We believe that God’s Word, the Bible, is sufficient to resolve life’s most challenging situations and questions. Our counselors utilize God’s word to help those most in need, and to train those who want to learn to help others. Please contact the church office via phone or email, if you are interested in more information about our counseling ministry
